DATE OF BIRTH: 26 October 1992
HOMEPORT: Lorient

Originally from Brest, Adrien discovered the joys of sailing at an early age. At just three years old, he boarded the family sailboat, where he spent most of his weekends. It was only natural that he should try his hand at Optimist sailing, before moving on to dinghies and 29er racing at the highest level.
His passion for the sea then led him to study merchant navy, which gave him the opportunity to sail to the four corners of the globe without ever really moving away from the world of racing.
As he approached his thirties, the need to get back into the competitive arena and take on the great outdoors became obvious. Adrien embarked on an ambitious Mini Transat project, supported by his partner FAUN. He completed a magnificent Atlantic crossing in 2023, finishing in 6th place.
Buoyed by this initial success, Adrien continued his adventure with FAUN and joined the highly demanding Figaro Beneteau class the following year.
Renowned as one of the best stepping stones to single-handed ocean racing, the Figaro class represents a real learning laboratory for the yachtsman from Brest. He is now honing his expertise in a circuit where one-design racing pushes technical and strategic rigour to its highest level, and where every detail can make a difference. Race after race, Adrien is learning to surpass himself, with a clear goal in sight: to one day take part in the legendary Vendée Globe.
